Life seems to have settled into a bit of a rut here at Tea Towel Mansion. The jobs are getting done in the mornings and I am spending most afternoons cross stitching.
There is nothing exciting going off but thankfully nothing on the other side of the coin either.
I do however seem to have developed a slight dislike for the computer and have hardly had it on for the last week....just the odd hour or so here and there for domestic admin and checking for messages from The Doodles while they were away last week. It could be to do with the fact that the flaming thing has decided that it likes to turn itself off now and again....usually when I am in the middle of something....for no apparent reason. I hope to goodness it is not on it's way out.
Now that we have finished watching Game of Thrones DD and I are watching Line of Duty and thoroughly enjoying it. We finished season two last night so we'll start on season three tonight as I have no plans to be going out anywhere....the top up shop can wait until tomorrow as I have enough salad for tea tonight.
Anyhow....I hope you are keeping well. I will catch up with blog reading either tonight or tomorrow and see what you have all been up to.

We still have not looked at Game of Thrones but just finished Line of Duty, happily it seems that it will be coming back. I too am keeping off the 'puter except for blogging, I would close my Facebook page but do use messenger from time to time. I like to get all my chores done in the morning, afternoons are knitting, sewing or gardening.
ReplyDeleteHope LoD does come back Pam it was brilliant.

I try to get my chores done in the morning too and then its onto projects inside and out. Hope the computer holds on. We still haven't watched the Games of Thrones.
ReplyDeleteHaven't been able to get much done outside here as the rain has been torrential but it looks like it might cheer up today.

I'm having a bit of a love/hate relationship with the computer and social media. Not sure what the solution is lol. When I go to Mum's I shall have a break away from both (except for the odd hour or two) and that's always nice and refreshing!
ReplyDeleteMe too Sharon. I seem to be fed up of everything at the moment :(

we've just finished watching season 1 of Line of Duty and still getting over the final scenes when he stepped in front of the lorry! Such a shock but also very poignant
ReplyDeleteWe've just finished season five. I swear my heart nearly stopped at one point....well several points actually...lol.

LOVE Line of Duty but never watched Game of Thrones as I just can't imagine it being for me. Yes, sometimes life is very routine but better that than some of the alternatives!
ReplyDeleteI think LoD is the best thing I have seen since Broadchurch Eloise.
