We are still waiting for the engineer to arrive and fit the new part to the boiler.
I am beyond p'd off now, just want to sit and cry and have reached the point where I just can't get warm anymore.
If I have another night like last night I think it may just tip me over the edge.

Oh no, that's awful! Friends of ours were in a similar situation recently, they booked into a hotel for the night in desperation

Oh no!Can you borrow any portable heaters from friends or neighbours?
ReplyDeleteWe have an electric fire which we are using in the living room and with that and some nice fluffy blankets it's not too bad at night. During the day is a bit more difficult.

Oh Sheila, I can't understand why it's taking so long. I'd be beyond p'd off as well. Is it the engineer not turning up or the part not being in stock yet? It must be absolutely miserable for you. xx
ReplyDeleteAndy managed to get hold of him this morning and his latest excuse was heavy traffic on his way back from another job which made him forget to come to us and then he said he had lost our phone number to call and let us know. It beggars belief doesn't it.....and this is him making us a priority. I have to laugh else I would just sit and cry.
