We've had some new Papermania stamp sets in at the shop and I spent yesterday having a bit of a play.I started off with the Build A Rose set which has a full image of a rose and the components to make a layered rose including a leaf.
This is the rose for layering which has been stamped onto Core'dinations cardstock.
The cream panel has been repeatedly stamped with the small sentiment stamp from the set using black StazOn.
These stamp sets are cracking value for money.
It was very quiet at the shop today. I think everyone must have been snuggled by the fire having tea and crumpets.......it was so cold. My feet never got warm all day so I was happy to get home and do some snuggling myself.
Tonight I am going to treat myself to a browse on the internet looking for sneak peeks of goodies being shown at the CHA. Tim Holtzs' new stuff looks gorgeous and I definitely want the dies he has designed for Sizzix.

Lovely card, I bought this stamp set a few weeks ago and shoved it in a drawer ! now I have to get them out and make a rose, thanks for the inspiration ! Hope you are feeling better

Those stamps do look like good value Sheila. I thought the rose on this card was a purchased one. The card looks so professional, but then, you made it so it is!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about those new Sissix dies and I gotta have the new Distress Ink colours too. In fact just about everything Tim has previewed on his blog is on my wish list.
I had to smile reading your blog because I think you and I are about the only people I know who spell 'definitely' correctly!
