I should have typed this post over an hour ago but I have been catching up with The Hairy Bikers on IPlayer. So when I say today I actually mean yesterday but it's still today for me cos I ain't been to bed yet............does that make any sense to you............lol!!!
Anyway I have just got rid of the bruises on the back of both of my hands from the blood test I had last week and have come back today with another one for my collection. Blood pressure is still high but not as high as it was. The doc thinks he might tweak the dosage on my tablets for that. I have an echocardiogram appointment on Feb 3rd to have a look at my heart and the doc has also suggested a scan of my kidneys. It's all so flipping scary.
I am taking the rest of this week off and will be back at work from next Tuesday. I'm sure that's where I left my mojo. It's probably in the drawer with the ink pads......lol!!!
Well......I'm off to get started on a new book and snuggle on the sofa for a bit.

I do hope they get your problems sorted & you're back to your 'old self,' Sheila. Rest up, snuggle up - you've got the perfect weather for it - enjoy those books! ReplyDeleteI can just imagine how scary it is Sheila and all the waiting first for the tests and scans and then for the results doesn't help because your imagination runs riot. I hope they don't keep you waiting too long for your results.

Hang in there Sheila it won't be too long before all the tests are completed and hopefully the news is good. I watched the Hairy Bikers it was really good some of that baking the women did was fantastic! Well I hope you are all nice and snuggled up and your book is a good one.
