Another Beady Card

I've had a very busy weekend this weekend. Yesterday I had a really good sorting and tidying session in my room and got rid of yet another load of rubbish. I have a huge pile of cardstock put to one side for diecutting and have made a start on doing some Christmas diecuts for the shop.........yes I know it is only July 1st but at least they will be ready when we start getting asked for them.

I've also been sorting out some different shapes of cards and making templates ready for the Christmas workshops and sorting through files on the computer to delete some old stuff as I am worried the new laptop will blow a gasket if I add any more new stuff.
While I was sorting through the files I came across this card I made quite a while ago that has beads on it. I thought I would show it as it is a card suitable for a man and male cards aren't usually the first thing you think of when using beads so I thought it was a bit different plus with being so busy this weekend I haven't made any new cards to show.
Thanks to everyone who has left such lovely comments on the cards I made for my first week as Guest Designer on Daring Cardmakers. It really is nice when people take the time to do that.

Tomorrow I have to spend the day sorting out a class on backgrounds which I am going to have to do three times this week......twice Tuesday and then once on Thursday. Well at least I shall know that class inside out shan't I?......lol!!!

Picked up a gorgeous stamp today from Craft Central. It's just the word 'Newborn' but it's huge and in such a gorgeous font that I couldn't resist it. At £4.49 I thought it was quite a bargain too. I was very good as this was the only deviation from the list I took with me but it replaced an item I wanted but they didn't have.

Well I had best go and crack on with a few more jobs. I shall be up for a few hours yet as for some reason I was so tired this afternoon I had to lie down and sleep for a couple of hours. It went very hot and sticky all of a sudden this afternoon and I think that may be what did it.

Hope the rain hasn't spoiled your weekend.
